CHURCH COUNCIL Members are elected by the congregation for renewable terms of two years. There are currently nine members on the church council. Executive committee meets on the first Tuesday of every month and the full council on the second Tuesday evening of every month. MEN'S BREAKFAST CLUB The Men's Breakfast Club meets on the fourth Saturday of every month at 8:30AM for breakfast, fellowship and discussion. A speaker is invited every month. They currently sponsor the Inn From The Cold project. The chairman is Philip Colgate. LADIES GROUP The Ladies Group meets every third Thursday of the month at 7:30PM. ELW The ELW meets every fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30PM for Bible study and business.  The ELW supports the national church financially and engages in various projects of service on behalf of the church. Chairperson is Agnes Reed. ELW mission statement. More information can be found at the ELCIC web site. YOUTH GROUP Is currently lead by Leah Mikl. All young people fourteen years and older are eligible to participate. Member of the youth group normally attend both synodical and national youth gatherings. The four ELCIC congregations in NE Calgary are working toward the hiring of a full time youth director and leader to serve all four of the congregations.
